Nightly/Daily Game Structure
We provide FREE poker games at your favorite venues and we thank you for your support. Please contact us if you are having problems.
Each day or evening, the following structure should be followed.
Please note that these rules are for the nightly games only and may not be the same on big tournament days. Those rules are posted on the tournaments page.
Anyone 21+ year of age is invited to come and play. There is no cost or fee involved. All you need to do is simply, show up before the game begins and put your name on the sign up list. Come early because the list fills up fast at some venues. Feel free to enjoy dinner and a cocktail while you wait for your name to be called about 15 minutes before the game begins.
1) Dealers should arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to the beginning of the game.
2) Dealers will start seating 15 minutes prior to the start of each game.
Players must be present at that time in order to be seated. Any player not present at the time of seating will be moved to the bottom of the list. Meaning all the way to the bottom.
Players present at the time of seating will be the first players on the alternate list if applicable.
Any player that was on the sign up sheet at the time of seating but was not present when they were called, may be added to the alternate list in the order that they arrived. (But may not be moved ahead of others players who were present)
3) Players and Dealers may not scratch out the name of someone on the list who they know isn't there or is not coming in order to insert their name to move up on the list. If an alternate player is not present, the next on the list will be called to play. Dealers who catch someone doing this should put that player at the bottom of the alternate list. PLEASE BE FAIR AND WAIT YOUR TURN.
4) Dealers will deal for who is the button at each table before play begins. Dealer should deal for button anytime 3 or more players are added to a table.
The highest dealt card shall be the button. This does not mean the first ace dealt. Should there be 2 or more aces, the following rule shall be used. Ace of Spades is always the highest card, followed by Hearts, Diamonds and Clubs (in that order).
5) Once we are down to the final 10 players. If tables are consolidated, dealers will ask all players to draw for seat position and will deal for the button as described above.
